Granola Lab Day 2


Objective: I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish and understand measuring by the end of the period

Agenda:
1. Review and collect bell ringers
2. Go over directions for granola parfaits
3. Complete evaluation form (one per kitchen) & start on yeast PPT (topping requests Monday!)

4. End of lab cleaning!
