French Toast Lab


Objective: I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish and understand measuring by the end of the period

Agenda:
1. Demo & Review Recipe & Discuss Job Roles
2. Complete: French Toast Lab
3. Complete evaluation form and end of lab tasks!


You have 20 minutes to prepare all of your french toast to have enough time to eat and clean! 

 1 piece of bread per person to start-- if you have more time, you may make 2!
Bell Ringer: What temperature should you cook your french toast at?

**USE 2 PANS & WATCH THE HEAT!**
Use MEDIUM HEAT!
