Objective: I will be able to understand the functions of yeast and how to properly use it when completing the pizza crust lab

Agenda:
1. Demo & Complete Pizza Lab-- Punch down dough, roll out, top, and bake. You only have 15 minutes to prepare your pizza for the oven! 

2. Complete: Lab Evaluation Form

 3. While baking: Quick demo of cookies for tomorrow! (if time)

  2. What is the leavener we used in our dough? What helped make the bread rise?
