Granola Lab Day 2

Objective:  I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish and understand measuring by the end of the period Agenda: 1. Review and collect bell ringers 2. Go over directions for granola parfaits 3. Complete evaluation form (one per kitchen) & start on yeast PPT (topping requests Monday!) 4. End of lab cleaning! Bell Ringer: What is the abbreviation for Tablespoon and what is the abbreviation for teaspoon? 

Granola Lab Day 1

Objective:  I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish and understand measuring by the end of the period Agenda: 1. Go over directions for granola and assign job roles.  Don't forget to tie back your hair and wash your hands Fill up sink-- Do NOT put food down the drain! Communicate with group members Clean as you go! 2.  Complete granola lab by the end of the period and save for tomorrow! 3. Complete evaluation form (one per kitchen). 4. End of lab cleaning! Independent Sewing Day

Take out your folder, pen/pencil, and project bag. Read the start-up information and complete your bell ringer. Objective:   I can recall an overcast stitch, running stitch and back stitch. I will understand and complete my blueprint by the end of the period. Agenda: Review bell ringer & turn in!  Blueprint-- Get it checked by Ms. R! Start: 1st steps of project!
